Quotes

Each quote describes a specific used part, including the part description, donor vehicle mileage where available, warranty terms, freight cost and delivery estimate. Prices are in US dollars. A quote is an offer that you accept by paying through your order page. Availability can change until payment is received; if a quoted unit becomes unavailable before payment, we will tell you and will not charge you.

Used parts

Parts sold are used original-equipment parts removed from vehicles. They are not new or remanufactured unless your quote says so. Photos on your order page show the unit offered.

Fitment

We match parts using the vehicle information you provide. Please provide your VIN and check the part details in your quote before paying. Contact us before installation if anything does not look right.

Warranty

Warranty length and conditions are stated in your quote and apply to that part. Most warranties require installation by a licensed repair facility, replacement of standard wear items and proof of installation. Warranty coverage is limited to the part itself unless your quote states otherwise.

Shipping and delivery

Parts ship by freight within the continental United States. Inspect the shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us with photos.

Returns and cancellations

Return and cancellation terms for your part are stated in your quote. Contact us before returning anything so we can give you instructions.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will receive an email receipt after payment.
