What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: vehicle information (year, make, model, part, engine size or type, VIN), your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery ZIP code and address, and any notes. We also record the date of your request and your IP address to prevent spam and fraud.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered into Stripe's secure fields and sent directly to Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information it processes.

How we use your information

We use your details to find a matching part, prepare your quote, show your private order page, process your payment, arrange freight delivery, send order updates and answer your questions.

Who we share it with

To source and ship your part we may share vehicle details and your delivery address with salvage yards and freight carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your order page

Your order page is available only through a private link with a long random code, or by entering your order number together with your email address.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle your order, warranty questions and our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep forms secure and to keep administrators signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
